The Protection Policy

FORCAR Protection is a feature where payments to Merchant (Service providers) are temporarily held by FORCAR until Consumer services/repairs are fulfilled correctly with a Consumer checking period up to 24 hours.

FORCAR 保障是一个免费维护消费者的功能, 消费者在 FORCAR PREFERRED 的商家里完成汽车维修或相关的服务后所支付的费用将由 FORCAR 暂时保留并提供消费者 24 小时的检查期来确保消费者要求的服务/维修被正确履行后, 商家才会获取费用。
